The Pawlet Art Collective was started by George Bouret and Matt Solon in late 2006 as a Fine Art Gallery that showcased our own work and that of an eclectic group of visual artists from the region of Southern Vermont and far beyond. We are located in a small free standing building-in the center of Pawlet, Vermont.
We quickly found that our local community's needs for representation and exhibit space far exceed what our little gallery could provide and so we launched www.pawletgallery.com early in 2008 to serve a much larger and diverse group of artists. Many of the artists are friends, colleagues and acquaintances I have met during the 25 years I've spent in the arts community working as a photographer.
