George graduated from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston in1991.
He began his career in photography when he attended classes at New England School of Photography in 1981. He is primarily a documentary photographer with an interest in people and the spaces they create in their everyday lives at home and work. He is interested in landscapes, often in panoramic form, that give an idealized view of the subject. George has traveled to Alaska five times since 1992 to photograph architecture and landscapes. His future plans include re-photographing glaciers which have drastically changed in recent years. He has also photographed extensively in the southwest and the northeast. George makes his living as a commercial photographer working for artists, businesses, and institutions specializing in small products, portraits, and architecture.
In 2006 George opened the PAC Gallery in Pawlet, Vermont with Matt Solon.

Nance graduated from Fashion Institute of Technology, in NYC, with a degree in Interior Design. Her creative progression began with bringing comfort and color to the interior and has evolved to using the art of the exterior to give comfort and color. From decorative paint finishes to landscape design to stone masonry and now to her jewelry. Working with earth and stone and her travels in the HImalyas, Australia and New Zealnd contributre to the very tactile natue of her designs. Her jewlery makes a statement of strength. You see into it and you find yourself tracing the patterns and edges of her pieces. "Some people want the comfort of a piece of jewlery that they can leave on indefinitely. I want people to remember they are wearing my jewelry, to be aware of it against their skin." Nance works from her off the grid home in Vermont that she shares with her husband, dogs, cats, and chickens.
